DANCING WITH DELANEY
Autumn 2015
I wrote this story as a way of holding onto the beauty I saw in one family's grief. The story was published in The Caterpillar, a children's literary magazine in Ireland. It is only available for purchase.
SILLY GRANDPA
November 2012
In this lively children’s story, twin sisters spend an afternoon with their grandfather and an unexpected guest—a duck in the middle of winter. The spirited illustrations are done by Erin Rankin (my sister-in-law), who captures the characters and their surroundings with originality and fresh detail.
